I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions. (BCSS denotes the Beverly Corners Show & Shine Society):

Applications are considered on a first come, first served basis. All applications receive equal consideration however BCSS reserves the right to accept or decline an application to ensure a diverse selection of products which are suitable for our venue and appropriate for our audience.
Payment in full must be submitted with application or your application will not be considered. Applications which are not accepted by BCSS will have any payment refunded in full.
Applications and approved vendor spots are non-transferable and may only be used by the applicant.
Vendors are to be setup onsite by 9 a.m. and remain until completion of the awards ceremony.
BCSS only provides the ground space. The vendor must supply any tents, tables, chairs and other items they require.
Tents/umbrellas must be weighted or staked down to protect against wind movement.
Vendors are responsible for control and disposal of their garbage. Leave the site in the same condition as you found it or better.
There is no power or water onsite. Vendors must be self sufficient for any such needs.
